Haydn is the CEO of MST Global. Haydn commenced his career in underground gold mines in South Africa before joining Rio Tinto with roles in manufacturing, smelting and mining in the UK and USA. He has held senior leadership roles with Groundprobe and Komatsu Modular Mining Systems based in the US and Australia. Prior to MST Global, Haydn was the CEO of Leica Mining and COO of Hexagon Mining. He has extensive experience in executive management, mining technology and best practice. Haydn has a Mining Engineering degree from Cardiff University, Wales and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Shaheed is the CFO of MST Global. Shaheed has held senior positions at Siemens and various accounting practices. Prior to joining MST, Shaheed was the CFO and Finance Director with Hexagon Mining. Shaheed holds a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of the South Pacific.

Vadim is the Principal Technical Advisor of MST Global. Commencing his career as a software engineer at Komatsu Modular Mining Systems, Vadim has since held multiple senior leadership roles at Scientific Technologies Corporation and Leica Mining. With extensive experience in delivering innovative technology products for mining and other industries, Vadim has an M.S in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.S in Computer Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physical Engineering.

Alexander is the General Manager of Product Management and Marketing. Having held multiple senior leadership positions in software and hardware product management in Mining, Energy and Forestry industries over the past 20 years, Alexander commenced his career in Sweden as an engineer in the defence industry at SAAB Training Systems before joining Husqvarna Group’s R&D and later Product Management team.  Prior to joining MST Global, Alexander was the Head of Product Management at iVolve, responsible for fleet management and machine guidance systems. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Industrial design and Mechanical engineering from Lulea University of Technology in Sweden, as well as a postgraduate degree in business administration from The University of Queensland, Australia. 

Yan is the General Manager – China for MST Global. Yan has held multiple roles in finance, accounting and operations in various industries. Prior to joining MST, Yan was the Finance Manager at Arrow Electronics in Singapore and before that with Arrow Electronics in the USA. Yan holds an Accounting Degree from the Beijing International Studies University and an MBA in Financial Management from the City University Seattle.

Jon is the General Manager of our North American team for MST Global. Jon is a mining engineer with over 22 years of domestic and international mining expertise. He has extensive experience in the implementation of technology solutions for mining. Jon has more than 15 years of managerial experience leading project teams and managing P&L operations for more than 70 staff. He has experience in open pit and underground design, mine optimization, strategic and production mine scheduling, and complex material blending for strategic and production planning.

Darryn is the General Manager for the Australia Pacific region, with over 20 years of experience supplying equipment, parts, services, and technology to the mining industry with companies such as Wenco. Most recently, he brings 6 years of experience as a business owner and consultant, along with valuable time serving on not-for-profit governance boards. With a trade background and an MBA, Darryn combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership and a focus on delivering innovative, reliable solutions has helped clients achieve operational efficiency and long-term sustainable success in competitive markets.

Claes is Regional Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. A mechanical engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in many countries on all continents, Claes is a specialist in Sales Management, Key Account Management, and Business Development in the Mining, Construction, and Infrastructure industries.   Claes started his career with Epiroc and has also worked with Hitachi and Imdex before joining MST.  

Megan is the Head of People and Culture for MST Global. With 14 years’ operational and strategic human resources experience across a diverse range of industries (including 8 years’ experience working in the Mining technologies space in a global setting) Megan is a skilled People Leader who is successful in partnering with senior leaders and management teams to align business strategies with people and culture. A passionate advocate for building positive, inclusive work environments and developing and supporting people to grow and progress in their careers, Megan also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.

Rana is the Marketing Manager for MST Global and brings 10+ years’ experience as a full-stack marketer with high-level skills and experience from previous positions within global OEM, the Liebherr Group.   With a passion for brand (corporate & employer) and communications, Rana graduated with both Bachelor and Master’s degrees at The University of Queensland, and has since undertaken further studies in business management, brand management, digital marketing strategy, content marketing strategy, and neuromarketing.
