He has held senior leadership roles with Groundprobe and Komatsu Modular Mining Systems based in the US and Australia. Prior to MST Global, Haydn was the CEO of Leica Mining and COO of Hexagon Mining. He has extensive experience in executive management, mining technology and best practice.

Haydn has a Mining Engineering degree from Cardiff University, Wales and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Shaheed holds a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of the South Pacific.

With a trade background and an MBA, Darryn combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership and a focus on delivering innovative, reliable solutions has helped clients achieve operational efficiency and long-term sustainable success in competitive markets.

He is a senior product and engineering leader with deep expertise in delivering integrated hardware and software solutions in complex, operationally demanding environments.
Kausik has led global R&D and product teams, successfully commercialising mission-critical technologies that improve safety, productivity, and operational performance. He brings a strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business objectives, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation through disciplined product management and IP development.
Prior to MST Global, he held senior leadership roles at Hexagon Mining and Blast Movement Technologies, where he led global engineering organisations and advanced drill and blast technologies.

Prior to joining MST, Yan was the Finance Manager at Arrow Electronics in Singapore and before that with Arrow Electronics in the USA. Yan holds an Accounting Degree from the Beijing International Studies University and an MBA in Financial Management from the City University Seattle.

He has extensive experience in the implementation of technology solutions for mining. Jon has more than 15 years of managerial experience leading project teams and managing P&L operations for more than 70 staff. He has experience in open pit and underground design, mine optimization, strategic and production mine scheduling, and complex material blending for strategic and production planning.

With deep experience in Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, and C-suite leadership, Lyndsay plays a key role in shaping MST’s client-focused, forward-looking direction. She continues to foster a culture of purposeful collaboration, guided by customers’ definitions of success.

Ever since starting his mining career with Epiroc, Jerry has successfully been guiding and developing organizations and customers all around the world. Before joining MST global, Jerry was CEO of Vega Industries, a manufacturing and solutions company in the crushing and grinding segment for mining and construction. Outside his mining career, Jerry has also been active during several UN missions for World Food Programme in countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq and Angola.

Megan is a skilled People Leader who is successful in partnering with senior leaders and management teams to align business strategies with people and culture. A passionate advocate for building positive, inclusive work environments and developing and supporting people to grow and progress in their careers, Megan also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.
