With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, and energy systems, he oversees the full product lifecycle—driving innovation, cybersecurity compliance, and strategic vendor partnerships. Before joining MST, Stephan served as CTO at Energy One Limited, where he led international technology teams and integrated multiple acquisitions. He holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
