With 14 years’ operational and strategic human resources experience across a diverse range of industries (including 8 years’ experience working in the Mining technologies space in a global setting) Megan is a skilled People Leader who is successful in partnering with senior leaders and management teams to align business strategies with people and culture.
A passionate advocate for building positive, inclusive work environments and developing and supporting people to grow and progress in their careers, Megan also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.
